Classic Dairy-Free Pineapple Upside-Down Cake – Bake Angel
WHY I WANTED TO TRY THIS
I had actually never heard or had tasted pineapple-upside-down cake before, but my dad had a craving for it, so I decided to give it a try!
RESULTS, REVIEW & TIPS
- The was a pretty easy project but the hardest part for me was flipping the hot pan upside down for fear of flinging the cake across the room! I enlisted the help of my parents, but I am sure there are easier ways like this…Pineapple Upside-Down Cake: Perfect Flip Every Time! #shorts.
- Best enjoyed fresh and warm but, as the recipe states, can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 48 hours. Great reheated.
- Dad loved it!!!
